George Norman Riley born 1964, growing up along the Barron River (Bunna Warru), a place called Kowrowa. George’s dreaming is the wind, fire and water and is inspired to paint by watching and learning from nature and family members. 

The painting shows a modern Aboriginal style with very bright colours and many details related to the story.
