George Riley Aboriginal name: “Jillimablu” – Owl

George Norman Riley born 1964, growing up along the Barron River (Bunna Warru), a place called Kowrowa. George’s dreaming is the wind, fire and water and is inspired to paint by watching and learning from nature and family members. 

The canvas a reproduced of the original mural painting which is in 2 parts called “DipTych”, shows a modern Aboriginal style with original colours.  Each image of the “Diptych” canvas is 60 x 48cm so total 1.2 x 0.48m . Additional 5cm mirrored boarder around the image. Canvas isn’t vanished
